Interested in publishing an article on recent developments in IP, privacy, or technology law? Heard about “LTWW,” but don’t know what it is? Grab some wine or snag some cheese and join BCLT and your fellow students to learn more and ask questions!
The Law and Technology Writing Workshop is open to current 2Ls (that is, current 1Ls), 2L transfer students and LL.M. students. Under close mentorship by a professor and a student advisor, each student writes an article for the Annual Review of Developments in Technology Law, published by the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. Articles written for the course satisfy the writing requirement for both the law school and the Law & Technology Certificate.
At this virtual reception, current LTWW students, next year’s student advisors, and the course instructor will describe the process and the value (and personal satisfaction) of completing a published piece of work while in law school.
