This class is specifically for those of us looking to become more active but aren't sure how to start. The no equipment needed exercise sessions will be short - 10 to 20 minutes - and afterward you can check-in with the instructor to ask questions and explore options for becoming more active. Learn how to take advantage of a free online fitness consultation and follow-up session in October to track your progress. This class meets three days each week - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in October.
