PiYo
PiYo is a total-body fitness class that combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help build strength and increase flexibility, with an added cardio twist. PiYo is low-impact, but high energy.  It sinks together dynamic, constantly moving sequences of exercises and poses taken from both disciplines, including flowing in and out of Warrior pose, stepping in and out of lunges, and flowing through traditional Sun Salutations.
