Join us for this unique class designed to reboot your body, mind & soul. Plan for 20-25 minutes of mindful movement and breathing followed by an extended period of savasana.For our final relaxation phase, we will experience the potent healing magic of Yoga Nidra or 'yogic sleep' - a systematic form of guided meditation. This class is just what we need to rejuvenate!
