In this class, we learn and practice foundational yoga to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. We begin by focusing on breath to quiet our minds and then progress to foundational movements to get our circulation going. Next, we transition through a full-body range of motion with a variety of postures designed to build strength and improve balance, as well as rejuvenate. We finish with a restorative savasana with calming breath work that brings us back to our center.
